I did this test long ago, CLEARING THE BROWSER CACHE before every test.
The version of FF used was 2.0.0.2, and the current version is 2.0.0.5, which should be faster.

Firefox USES LESS RAM memory.

I opened Firefox and IE.
Opened 3 tabs in each browser, with:
