i think that this is very good idea:

Make somethings ideas from popular RPG !

example;

Battle grounds from WoW

last quest in diablo 2 (with adriana ( i have verdata animation of her)) for complete you can loot runes to put them in items

Boss Killing in big party like in WoW, you need warrior and somewho heal you and etc.

Please your comments and Ideas !

How about a formal Guild War system?

Here is the Ragnarok Online guildwar system to give an example:

It happens twice a week, with 1 hour of duration.
There are some castles, with a big crystal inside.
The guild that breaks the crystal become the castle owner and the crystal reborns.
If they keep the crystal alive for the duration of the guildwar, they can keep the castle until the next one.

It doesn't need to be the normal castles. We can make some maps and call then castles or something.

Idea from Chrono Trigger:Dual Techniques, maybe Triple Tecniques.

You can combine spells with someone from your party to make new and more powerfull spells. Example:

2 Guys on a Party.
At least one need to have Earthquake.
At least one need to have Flamestrike.
The leader say: .hell
The ground open and flame jump on the enemy or something LOL
The player that "used" Earthquake will automaticaly say In Vas Por and Earthquake MP should be reduced.
The player that "used" Flamestrike will automaticaly say Kal Vas Flam and Flamestrike MP should be reduced.
Causes(Earthquake damage+Flamestrike damage)*1.5

Idea from Final Fantasy VI,VII,VIII,IX,X,XI,XII,XIII-> 4ever LOL

Limit Break:
Each damage you take, add points to your limit bar.
When the limit bar is full, you can use a uber ninja attack lol

Example:
Limit bar Maximum value should be = HP
Every damage you take +10% should be increased in the limit bar.

Good Idea, you should learn Sphere Scripting :}

About the Guildwar system:
All players that doesnt own the castle should be teleported out the map at start of the war.
The Crystal cannot be healed maybe?
When you die, you are teleported to somewhere and reborn.
No death penalitys here.
