I have idea: the track we have, only need to script Anti-PvP.
on track 3 lines and 3 racers. People come with there horses. on the track will be 10-20 traps (randomly) they will be invisibel and when you step on the trap you dismount from horse.
and who will be first on finish line, he will be winner

Leave the players, if they PvP just jail them all. =D
