If you want a forum for your guild, you need to make a post with the following info:
Guild Name;
Number of members;
Type of guild (PvP/Trader)
Website (if you have one)
Forum Names of Those who you want adding as mods(MUST be there forum name)
Requested forum(s) - Include the name you want, any description thats to be shown underneath, whether its to be public or private (if its private i need the forum names of everyone whos to have access.)
